2019 Polish Hill River Shiraz
Our award-winning, medium bodied 2019 Clare Valley Shiraz is fruit driven and full of plum and dark cherry aromas; highlighted by dark fruits and red cherry/berry characteristics through the mid palate. With fine textured tannins and lovely soft oak influence make this Clare Valley Regional Red a perfect match for food but also mellow enough to enjoy on its own.
Tasting Notes
- Colour – Deep bright red, purple hue
- Aroma – Dark fruited featuring dark cherry and plum. Underlying sweet spices, dark chocolate & vanillin.
- Palate – Medium bodied, rich round and fleshy. Dark fruits are obvious with some nice red cherry and berry characters. Well-integrated oak and dusty fine tannins lead to a long persistent finish.
