Tasting Notes
Aroma - Fresh lemon, lemon grass, citrus blossom, slight passion fruit and grapefruit aromas. Palate - Fresh zesty lemon and lemon curd, green apple and grapefruit. Well balanced palate, persistent length, slightly textural edge.

Seafood Risotto, Salt and pepper calamari, Soft shell crab, Pork or Chicken satay.
