Now with over 50 years of winemaking experience these years of knowledge are captured in this exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon. Showcasing what Pauletts do best and celebrating and highlighting the regional and varietal characteristics.

Deep ruby red. The nose offers intense cassis and black fruits, with hints of choc mint and subtle French oak. On the palate, full-bodied with ripe cassis, black fruits, and refined oak, balanced by firm, fine tannins that provide depth and length.
