With aromas of citrus and floral notes along with flavours of lime, minerality and natural acidity finishing with crisp dry finish. This is another exceptional Clare Valley Riesling with excellent flavour, purity and balance.

Tasting Notes

• Colour – Pale Green straw
• Aroma – Very aromatic, highlighted by intense lime and floral notes.
• Palate – Vibrant and intense flavours of kaffir lime withinterwoven fine minerality and wet slate nuances. The fine linear
  structure gives focus and length, with balanced refreshing mouth-watering acidity giving a crisp dry finish.
