Tasting Notes
Aromatic and lifted aromas of orange blossom, white florals, mandarin and tangerine. Some tropical fruit type nuances.
Juicy citrus flavours of lemon/lime, lemon curd, lime cordial and musk. The sugar and acid combine to give great balance with a clean refreshing finish.
Winemaking
Machine harvested, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermented in stainless steel using neutral yeast. Ferment arrested to retain natural sweetness. Stabilised, filtered and bottled young to capture the purity of Riesling.
Food Pairing
This versatile Riesling will pair wonderfully with any food that has a kick of chilli or salt, Asian cuisine the perfect match. Also Rich cheeses and dried fruits pair well.
