Celebrate the festive season at Pauletts with family, friends or work colleagues. Choose from a Christmas-inspired lunch, a festive wine and canapé experience, or join us for an evening of drinks and tapas.

FESTIVE LUNCH EXPERIENCE
Bring everyone together for a festive shared lunch featuring house-made sourdough, charcuterie, Christmas roast with seasonal sides and an individually plated dessert, all with a native Australian twist. Christmas bon bons are included.
$85 per person | Groups of 8–80
24 hours notice required for lunch experience.
FESTIVE CANAPÉ & WINE EXPERIENCE
Enjoy a selection of Paulett Wines, including premium wines, paired with native-inspired canapés. Select either five wines with five matching canapés, or ten wines with ten matching canapés.

Xmas Twilight Drinks & Tapas

Join us for Christmas celebrations as Pauletts stays open until 8pm. Enjoy wine, tapas and bar snacks and make an evening of it.
Bookings preferred, or simply drop in.

Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend 2027

Celebrate Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend at Pauletts with great food, wine, live music and family fun, all set against the stunning Polish Hill River. Head downstairs for our Clare Valley Gourmet Breakfast from 9am or enjoy gourmet native-inspired street food throughout the day. Savour a Canapé & Wine Flight, relax with a Bush deVine Picnic Platter, or join in the games and famous Hit the Barrel golf competition. There’s plenty for the kids too.
For a special dining experience, join us at Bush deVine Restaurant for a six-course degustation featuring native-inspired dishes by Head Chef Thomas “Erky” Erkelenz, thoughtfully paired with Paulett wines.
