Paulett Wines Takes Home Global Wine Tourism Award

Paulett Wines and Bush deVine Restaurant have won the Culinary Experiences category at the 2027 Global Best Of Wine Tourism Awards, held in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, as part of the Great Wine Capitals Global Network’s annual awards.

The international award recognises Bush deVine’s distinctive approach to food and wine, bringing together Paulett wines, locally sourced produce and native Australian ingredients to create memorable dining experiences, with sustainability at the heart of its approach. The win places Paulett Wines and Bush deVine among the global award recipients representing leading wine tourism regions around the world. It’s a proud achievement for the Paulett family and team, and an opportunity to represent the Clare Valley and South Australia on the international stage.

Paulett Wines is proud to receive the Chair of Judges Award at the 2026 Clare Valley Wine Show for our 2024 109 Reserve Riesling.

The award recognises an outstanding wine selected by the show's Chair of Judges, making it a wonderful achievement for Paulett Wines.

Bush DeVine Restaurant joins the top 1% of Australia's restaurants to be awarded.

Pauletts Bush deVine Restaurant has been awarded a Chef’s Hat at the 2026 Australian Good Food Guide Awards, placing it among the top 1% of restaurants in Australia to receive this distinction.

This recognition reflects the skill and dedication of our team, led by Head Chef Thomas Erkelenz, whose focus on local, seasonal produce is showcased in every dish.

This recognition celebrates the consistent quality and dedication of Winemaker Jarrad Steele, Matt Paulett, and the team in making Pauletts one of the Clare Valley’s leading wineries.

  • Paulett Wines has been recognised as a 5 Star Winery in the 2026 Halliday Wine Companion. This rating honours wineries producing consistently high-quality wines, with at least two wines scoring 95 points or more. Paulett Wines achieved this with four wines, showcasing our quality and consistency.

  • Pauletts is certified by Sustainable Winegrowing Australia for both our vineyards and winery. Sustainability guides every step of our vineyard and winemaking practices, helping us care for the land, support our community, and protect the environment for future generations.

  • Pauletts celebrated major wins at the 2025 Clare Valley Wine Show, taking home three trophies and multiple gold medals. Highlights included the 2024 Clare Valley Riesling (97 points, Best Dry Riesling & Bestoverall Riesling) and 2025 Missy Riesling (95 points, Best Sweet Wine).
