Bush DeVine Restaurant joins the top 1% of Australia's restaurants to be awarded.
Pauletts Bush deVine Restaurant has been awarded a Chef’s Hat at the 2026 Australian Good Food Guide Awards, placing it among the top 1% of restaurants in Australia to receive this distinction.
This recognition reflects the skill and dedication of our team, led by Head Chef Thomas Erkelenz, whose focus on local, seasonal produce is showcased in every dish.

Paulett Wines has been recognised as a 5 Star Winery in the 2026 Halliday Wine Companion. This rating honours wineries producing consistently high-quality wines, with at least two wines scoring 95 points or more. Paulett Wines achieved this with four wines, showcasing our quality and consistency.

Pauletts celebrated major wins at the 2025 Clare Valley Wine Show, taking home three trophies and multiple gold medals. Highlights included the 2024 Clare Valley Riesling (97 points, Best Dry Riesling & Bestoverall Riesling) and 2025 Missy Riesling (95 points, Best Sweet Wine).
