Pauletts Bush deVine Restaurant has been awarded a Chef’s Hat at the 2026 Australian Good Food Guide Awards, placing it among the top 1% of restaurants in Australia to receive this distinction.

    Pauletts has been named one of The Real Review Top 100 Wineries of Australia 2025 for the fourth consecutive year. This recognition celebrates the consistent quality and dedication of Winemaker Jarrad Steele, Matt Paulett, and the team in making Pauletts one of the Clare Valley’s leading wineries.

  • Paulett Wines has been recognised as a 5 Star Winery in the 2026 Halliday Wine Companion. This rating honours wineries producing consistently high-quality wines, with at least two wines scoring 95 points or more. Paulett Wines achieved this with four wines, showcasing our quality and consistency.

  • Pauletts is certified by Sustainable Winegrowing Australia for both our vineyards and winery. Sustainability guides every step of our vineyard and winemaking practices, helping us care for the land, support our community, and protect the environment for future generations.

  • Pauletts celebrated major wins at the 2025 Clare Valley Wine Show, taking home three trophies and multiple gold medals. Highlights included the 2024 Clare Valley Riesling (97 points, Best Dry Riesling & Bestoverall Riesling) and 2025 Missy Riesling (95 points, Best Sweet Wine).
