Tasting Notes
Highly aromatic aromas of tropical fruits, highlighted by passionfruit and pineapple supported by grapefruit, green capsicum and herbaceous notes. Vibrant and fresh tropical fruits and melons with a slight herbaceous capsicum edge. Well balanced with interwoven mineral flavours. Refreshing acidity gives a crisp, clean long finish.
Winemaking
Machine picked, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermented in stainless steel with a thiol (tropical notes) producing yeast. Stabilised filtered and bottled young to capture the fresh tropical notes of Sauvignon Blanc.
Food Pairing
Perfect with chicken risotto, grilled asparagus or citrusy ceviche.
