Tasting Notes
Intensely aromatic, with lifted notes of lemon, lime, mandarin, tangerine and orange blossom, complemented by white florals, honeysuckle and subtle tropical nuances. Hints of brown lime cordial add a touch of sweetness, while underlying minerality and slate notes provide depth.
Fresh and lively, showcasing juicy citrus flavours of lemon, lime, lemon curd and brown lime, alongside hints of passionfruit, red apple and musk. The wine has a fine, zesty structure, with sugar and acidity in perfect harmony, delivering a long, clean and refreshing finish.
Winemaking
Machine harvested, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermented in stainless steel using neutral yeast. Ferment arrested to retain natural sweetness. Stabilised, filtered and bottled young to capture the purity of Riesling.
Food Pairing
This versatile Riesling will pair wonderfully with any food that has a kick of chilli or salt, Asian cuisine the perfect match. Also Rich cheeses and dried fruits pair well.
