Tasting Notes
A fragrant bouquet of fresh red cherry and vibrant cranberry, lifted by delicate floral notes. Subtle peppery spice adds depth and aromatic complexity.
Medium bodied Fresh and vibrant, the palate bursts with bold red fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry, and cranberry. Silky tannins offer fine structure, while a hint of spice on the finish brings added depth and a lingering persistence.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested from our original bush vines in a single vineyard. Grapes were destemmed only, with no crushing, and 15% whole bunches included to enhance structure and texture. Fermentation took place in static tanks over 7–10 days using selected yeast, with minimal short pump-overs to preserve the delicate nature of this variety. The wine was pressed to tank at dryness, then transferred to barrel to complete malolactic fermentation. After 9 months in barrel, it was carefully racked and bottled.

Lamb shanks, roast meat and vegetables, stews, duck, mild curries and light Indian dishes.
