2017 Aged Release Polish Hill River Riesling

Our traditional riesling with the hard work of aging already done.  Aging helps produce a fuller and richer palate. Pale straw yellow in color with aromas of citrus, florals, marmalade, lanolin, and toast on the nose. The palate offers a rich, citrusy character, along with toast, honey, and subtle mineral notes. Velvety mouthfeel with balanced acidity, leading to a long finish.
