2020 109 Reserve Shiraz

Neil Paulett was the 109th Winemaker to proudly graduate from Adelaide University’s Roseworthy College. Now with over 50 years of winemaking experience these years of knowledge are captured in this exceptional Shiraz. Showcasing what Pauletts do best and celebrating and highlighting the regional and varietal characteristics.

The 109 Reserve Shiraz has a deep red-purple hue. It features dark fruit notes of satsuma plum and black cherry on the nose, with a hint of charry French oak, black olive, pepper, and aniseed. The palate is full-bodied, rich with plum, black cherry, liquorice, and subtle spice, and offers a fine, silky tannin structure, combining power and elegance.
