2022 Elodie Syrah

Sits within our small batch Winemaker's Series, this wine is named 'Elodie' after Winemaker Jarrad's second born daughter.

This wine is aromatic with concentrated notes of plum, dark cherry, fresh blackberry and white pepper spice.

Medium bodied, fleshy textured red and black fruits fill the bright generous palate. Subtle liquorice and savoury notes add another layer. Fine tannins and light herbal notes bring balance and length to this lovely wine, all supported by integrated fresh acidity.
