AROMA | Very aromatic, displays intense notes of lime, whites florals, green apple with nauces of wet river pebbles and slate. PALATE | Pure and fresh, the palate has fresh cut lime along with citrus zest. Wet slate and green apple again features strongly. Driven by a racy natural acidity and linear minerality giving a long, lingering clean finish. Drink now or be rewarded with 10-15 years bottle development.
