2025 Clare Valley Riesling

Pale straw green in colour, this Clare Valley Riesling is bright, fresh, and immediately inviting. The nose offers a vibrant medley of brown lime and citrus florals, delicately interwoven with citrus blossom, while subtle tropical fruits and hints of white stone fruit add further complexity. On the palate, an intense burst of brown lime cordial and freshly squeezed lemon and lime delivers both vibrancy and finesse. The crisp acidity is beautifully integrated, offering balance and focus through to a long, persistent finish that lingers with pure citrus clarity. Crafted from free-run juice, the wine was fermented in stainless steel using a neutral yeast strain, then stabilised, filtered, and bottled young to preserve its striking purity and freshness.
