Taut, pure and finely structured, the palate bursts with vibrant citrus flavours of fresh-cut lime, lemon zest and kaffir lime, supported by crunchy Granny Smith apple. A distinctive thread of wet slate and minerality reinforces the wine’s regional character. Bright natural acidity provides excellent balance, focus and length, leading to a long, dry finish with lingering freshness and a clean mineral edge.
Winemaking
Machine harvested, destemmed and gently pressed taking only the free run juice. Fermented in stainless steel using a neutral yeast strain, stabilised filtered and bottled young to capture the purity of Riesling.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with freshly shucked oysters, seared scallops, ceviche, or goat’s cheese.
